Chloe Atherden

Chloe (b. 1987, she/her) works with a range of mediums including clay, timber and plant-animal fibres, focusing especially on materials that can be harvested from the surrounding environment or through local and informal economies. Chloe creates objects which oscillate between minimalist and sinuous, playfully absorbing and mimicking earthly shapes and appearances while remaining grounded in considerations of function and accessibility.
